Many of us lead full and hectic lives, and find it hard to relax. Our thoughts are busy with all the things we have to do, with plans, worries, memories or fantasies. Sometimes it feels as if our lives are slipping away.

Mindfulness meditation is a simple approach to steadying the mind and bringing our attention into the present moment. It is based on traditional meditation practices, but it is not linked to any religion, and you don’t need to be religious to practise it.

The Meditation Group meetings will start again on Friday, 4 January. Sessions are from 5.00–6.00 in the Holy Trinity Parish Centre, Wallace Green. Please see the Classes page for more detail about the sessions.
